Majestically crowned faux taxidermy deer head wall mount. This beautiful deer head will add a touch of majestic whimsy to any room in the home! I painted this deer head antique white, the antlers have been painted ice blue grey. The head has been accented with the antler color, along with gold, to add depth and visual interest. The antlers have been accented with gold as well, the eyes have been painted dark brown. This is a custom, made to order item, the listing images are a very close representation of what your finished piece will look like. A beautiful star tiara/crown in antique gold rests atop the head of the deer, it's removable so you may choose when to use it. The crown is a reproduction of an antique 1800's French Santos crown and has one large star in front with 3 more stars on either side. I've accented the band of the crown with a large metal rose in the center, it's flanked on either side with a smaller rose and metal leaf work. The flowers and leaves have been slightly accented with ice blue grey. The crown is antiqued and distressed in a shabby chic design, it features uneven stones (their position and angle are an intentional part of the antiquing and 'shabby' process).

The deer head and antlers are made of cold cast resin. The entire piece measures 23" tall X 16" wide and 13" deep and weighs approx. 6 lbs. Built in hole on back for easy hanging.

The antlers are removable and will be shipped unattached in order to save space and shipping costs. Simply glue in place with an industrial type adhesive such as E6000 which is available at WalMart, Michaels, Hobby Lobby etc.
