Absolutely adore Frankie (he's named for St. Francis of Assisi. I ordered all gold with bronze crown because I plan to use him only at Christmas. My skull arrived early and looked beautiful! Unfortunately, one of the horns did not fit in the skull. I alerted Tonya immediately of the situation. She was extremely understanding and responsive. She said she has never encountered a misfitting cast before, which I believe because of all of her positive reviews. I provided her with photos and detailed information regarding the issue. She processed a refund without any problems. The store does a quality job on customizing items, I just got unlucky with a bad cast. I will definitely be buying from her shop again!
