REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to the customized nature of my work, there are no refunds allowed. Exchanges, however, are available on all items. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item to set up an exchange. Please note, all shipping charges incurred (this includes return and reshipping charges) are the buyers responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. A 35% refinishing fee on the originally purchased item applies to all exchanges.
DAMAGE POLICY: Your choice of a refund or replacement will be issued if your item arrives damaged. You must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund or a replacement. You'll need to email a photo of the damaged item along with photos of the shipping boxes and packing materials, as these items are needed for insurance purposes. Please do not throw out the damaged item, boxes and shipping materials until your refund or replacement has been processed.
CANCELLATIONS: Due to the customized nature of the business, cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing your order.
