Refund & Return Policy

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Refunds and exchanges are available on all items. Please contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item to set up a refund or an exchange. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. 

DAMAGE POLICY: Your choice of a refund or replacement will be issued if your item arrives damaged. You must contact me within 3 business days of receiving your item to be eligible for a refund or a replacement. You'll need to email a photo of the damaged item along with photos of the shipping boxes and packing materials, as these items are needed for insurance purposes. Please do not throw out the damaged item, boxes and shipping materials until your refund or replacement has been processed. 

CANCELLATIONS: Due to the customized nature of the business, cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing your order.
